I'd highly recommend working with Jackie. Right from the beginning, my experience working with her was fantastic. She listened to what we wanted, provided guidance when we needed it, responded to every call or text very quickly, offered creative solutions or ideas to an offer (without having to just increase the offer price), and showcased our home beautifully (took great photos and even created a social media reel). During the whole process, which is overwhelming at pretty much every step, Jackie was thoughtful and genuinely cared about me and my family. She always made sure that as a seller and a buyer, we were comfortable at every step - it wasn't always about making the sale for her.
Jackie is fantastic! My husband and I took several years to decide where to live and what we want and she was super understanding and flexible with us. She was always punctual and always aware of all of the trends happening in the market. Whats also amazing about Jackie is that she's well aware of properties coming to market that aren't even listed, which allows you to get into a house quicker with less competition, especially in this insane market.
